Rezometry easily handles net or cost pricing from your suppliers or commissionable rates.  Rezometry handles room pricing, pricing for single, double triple etc., adult, 3 child aged price brackets and 2 senior price brackets, specials, markups and more.

And then you can provide net or commission rates to your travel partners.

Yes, Rezometry can automate supplier requests and payments. You can send a request for confirmation to your suppliers, who can then send the confirmation back to Rezometry via a link. The system also automatically creates payables based on the payment schedules you set up, with full reporting to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Rezometry is integrated with Stripe for any country Stripe supports and provides card processing as well as ACH payments for customers with Canadian or US bank accounts.

Rezometry is also integrated with Authorize.net in the USA for credit card processing.

Rezometry is integrated with Worldline in Canada which allows us to connect with most processors in Canada for credit card processing.

All of the merchant accounts are owned by you, our client and all the payments go directly to your bank account.

An email can be sent to your client, after they book, to give them access to their own private client portal.  Here they can update their contact details, add their DOB, gender, passport info, emergency contact info and more. You can even setup custom questions your company requires from your guests.

With Ventrata you can also get other suppliers products, rates and availability into your system and when you book, the reservation is automatically confirmed in both Rezometry and the suppliers Ventrata system.

Rezometry has an integrated accounting engine that makes accounting easier. When a client makes a payment, the accounting entires are made automatically behind the scenes.  You can generate revenue entries with the click of a button and record cost of sales by indicating the items you want to pay a supplier.

But don't be fooled. Just because it's easy doesn't mean it's not powerful. You can record all of your assets and liabilities and expenses and run a complete suite of financial reports.
